offers an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) billing
program. The one time enrollment fee for all EFT billing
plans is $60.00 paid at the time of EFT
enrollment.
With a 12 Month
minimum commitment, the monthly EFT is $39.99.
With a 6 Month
minimum commitment, the monthly EFT is $44.99.
With a 3 month
minimum commitment, the monthly EFT is $49.99.

programs, 30 days notice in writing must be given if you
would like to discontinue any EFT Billing
plan.
On all EFT
programs, there is a $25.00 decline fee for all declined credit
cards. The fee will be applied to the replacement credit
card.
